Favela Rocinha Sustainable Tour

people how to be guides as a sustainable project inside Rocinha. Our work inside favelas started in 1991 and has growing along
these years and became an improvement project visited by many
important TV’s, journals and magazines around the world and also
thousands of people from the globe looking for an inside point of view
of Rio de Janeiro and its culture. Rejane Reis is pioneer in
sustainable tourism inside Rio de Janeiro's favelas.

Itinerary
Pick-up at 10:00am OR
1:00pm.
After the pick-up the driver take you directly to the favela where
you meet the local guide and start the walking tour through the
community, getting to know the local commerce, schools, post office,
handcraft shops, and the real lifestyle inside Rocinha. Return to
the hotel at 1:00pm OR
4:00pm.
** On weekends at 11:00am, back at 2:00pm.
